Town of Delta Board Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wayne Seeger at 7:04 p.m. Supervisor Susan Davis, Supervisor Ron Michaelis and Ken L. Asplund were present. This meeting and the minutes from December 20th were posted according to statutes.

Davis moved to approve the minutes from December 20th. Michaelis seconded the motion that passed by voice vote.

Michaelis moved to recommend approval of the permit for Glenn Linzmeier to build a dwelling on Forestry – 1 zoned land at 17405 Sutherland Road and remove trailer. Davisseconded and the motion carried by voice vote.
Erickson reported account balances as of December 31, 2010 as: $1650.83 in Checking; $118146.61 in Savings.

Seeger moved to amend final 2011 budget to match actual revenues and expenditures. Davisseconded and the motion carried by voice vote.

Davis moved to support the grant application by the county for clean boats clean waters on the Delta area lakes. Michaelisseconded and the motion carried by voice vote.
Time cards, expense reports and bills were reviewed. Check numbers 2700-2734 were approved.
